In 1953 a company was formed with no more than a pick, a shovel, good health and plenty of energy. The company Tioga Construction owes its origin and its name from its founding father, Robert Bailey.
Today, owned by Steve and David Thomas together with their experienced personnel and proven subcontractor base, they are solidly positioned to improve our clients' needs and remain competitive, no matter how large or small the project.
